The amenities are well maintained, and the interior has a modern industrial feel with exposed brick. The gym is excellent, although the view could be better. Overall, I’ve enjoyed staying here.
Expensive rent. Amenities need club membership. Very competitive in terms of getting an apartment. However, the location is great and super accessible to the subway stations.
The apartment was in a great location, the super worked fast. The doormen were super great!

Landlord does a good job, pretty attentive and responsive. The area is amazing, and not loud at all. Neighbours are friendly/you don't really see any of them. Your packages don't get stolen. No elevator though, stairs can be a pain if you have an upper floor.
Overall great building and location. The only downsides are the noise levels and price. The building is in times square and next to a fire station so it can get quite loud. Also rent increases a lot per year and units are not as worth for their price point when compared to other buildings.
Management is responsive and the on-site team deals with maintenance quickly. Building is well kept and amenities include two-floor gym, basketball court, movie theater, rooftop, yoga room, and study lounges. Nothing much to complain about.
Maintenance is very good and fixes things very fast. Beware of bugs during warmer weather.
